As I mentioned before, I spent Wednesday in my pajamas, so these are from Thursday, Friday and today.
I know, it's not Memorial Day yet, but I'm pretty sure that that no white after Labor Day thing is not even a rule anymore, and I'm sure that Stacy London agrees with me.
This is what I wore to Maya's middle school graduation last night. I got the jumper on major clearance from Urban Outfitters. I love the shape of the skirt. It was still cool yesterday, so tights were necessary. That brings me to a question. How do you feel about opaque tights in summer? They're supposed to be a no-no, but I think they're fine in bright colors. We still wear jeans and pants, so why not tights?
And then there's today. For the last few days, my allergies haven't been responding to my medication. I'm starting to think it's a cold, because I'm feeling incredibly run down today. Hence this outfit being all about comfort.
I've had the belt for years but haven't worn it. I was actually considering taking it apart to use the beads for jewelry. I like how it adds some interest to this outfit so I think I'll be keeping it around longer.
Tomorrow I want to grill and have a Sunday Funday. What are your Memorial Day weekend plans?

I like all 3 of these! I'm impressed with your red/white/blue combo. You pull it off! Whenever I try it, it's a little cheesy. :) We're going to a cookout tonight. I'm wearing my new plaid headwrap. I'm excited!
